The MSCC's Social Justice Book Club aims to widen our perspective on our world by reading books that open our eyes, hearts and minds to the people, circumstances and events that inhabit it. Every day we hear of a current story that, without our previous reading and exploring, would be more singular and flat. We have been reading and learning for over 5 years now; we meet on the last Monday of every month at 7pm. We meet at the Blue Wave Gallery, 52 Main St in Amesbury. This book club is not exclusive; bring a friend or neighbor and don't worry if you have not finished (or even read!) the book. If you're up for a good discussion, we hope you will be satisfied.
